Judge Yeargan retires from Howard County Circuit Court

Wednesday was the Honorable Judge Charles Yeargan’s final time to preside over Howard County Circuit Court. Judge Yeargan is retiring at the end of this year. He has served as Circuit Judge for the 9th West Judicial District since 1997. Following Wednesday’s court proceedings, a retirement reception was held for Judge Yeargan. He will be succeeded by Bryan Chesshir, who currently serves as Prosecuting Attorney for the 9th West District.
