State Legislature starts today
Arkansas state legislators are back at the capitol today for the start of this year’s legislative session. In a previous session, State Senator Larry Teague of Nashville, attempted to pass a bill that allowed state lottery winners to remain anonymous. That bill failed. Teague says he plans to reintroduce the legislation again this year:
During this session, Senator Teague will serve on the Insurance and Commerce Committee. He will also again be part of the Revenue and Tax Committee, but is no longer serving as the committee’s chair.
