South Pike County School Board extends superintendent’s contract

South Pike County School Board members voted to extend Superintendent Brad Sullivan’s contract through June of 2023.

Board members voted to hold the Annual School Board election on the third Tuesday in May.

Sullivan reported the district currently has 35 students quarantined with five students positive for COVID-19. He said the had five adults quarantined with four positive.

Sullivan also reported the district could receive as much as $700,000 in COVID relief funds.
