Turner makes appearance in Howard County Circuit Court

A Lockesburg woman charged this week with Negligent Homicide in Howard County, appeared in circuit court yesterday. 34 year old Brandi Turner made an appearance before Circuit Judge Bryan Chesshir. Turner is charged for the death of 58 year old Tony Ray Young of Mineral Springs in a motor vehicle accident on Highway 27 last October.
Because Judge Chesshir was prosecuting attorney ta the time the accident investigation was ongoing, he moved the case to Division One of the 9th West District for Judge Tom Cooper to preside over.
Turner is scheduled to be back in court for another appearance on February 3rd.
