A moment with Mayor Larry Dunaway

Yesterday, Nashville Mayor Larry Dunaway took a moment to update the city on the status of current and future projects.

Dunaway mentioned the location of where the new tennis courts will be, and he talked about going to opening day for the Park’s baseball program.

Mayor Dunaway talked about a current project that’s taking place on Prescott Highway, which consists of refurbishing water tanks along with how long it takes to refill the tanks.

Dunaway stated that last year they had an inspection done inside and out. This inspection gave Dunaway insight on what the issues were with the water tanks.

Dunaway discussed working with Tyson’s and upgrades that need to be done. Dunaway said that he’s coming up with a plan that will benefit the city along with getting funding for the project as well.
