A moment with Mayor Larry Dunaway

Yesterday KMTB and KNAS took a moment to speak with Nashville Mayor Larry Dunaway. In part one of our discussion, Dunaway mentioned the Nashville City Council’s December meeting and what was on the agenda.

Dunaway stated the budget process for the city of Nashville starts in October and he talked about how it takes a lot of time to be able to project those numbers out over the next year.

Dunaway also talked about what he feels is the biggest expense for Nashville.

Dunaway said the budget is an annual thing and this year’s budget was the largest budget the city has ever had since he’s been with the city.
