Arkansas Game and Fish – Fishing Report
Millwood Lake: As of Thursday, Army Corps of Engineers reports the lake’s elevation was 259.9 feet mean sea level. Mike Siefert at Millwood Lake Guide Service said this week that the Lake and Little River is a muddy mess from the recent flash flooding and thunderstorms our southwest Arkansas area has received. Excess water is being released and other than a few catfish on their lines there hasn’t been much activity. Important to note the conditions at Millwood and portions of the Little River are considered extremely hazardous for boats as logs and debris continue to move down the little river. You are asked to proceed with caution if you choose to be on the water this weekend.
Lake Greeson: Corps of Engineers reports the lake’s elevation at Narrows Dam was 547.5 feet with full pool being 548 feet mean sea level
Dierks Lake: As of Thursday the lake’s elevation was 540.2 feet msl with full pool being 526 ft. msl.
