Arrest for Failure to appear results in additional charges

A Nashville man sought on a failure to appear warrant was located Sunday and is now facing additional charges.  34 year old Brandon Webb was spotted walking along Bishop Street by officer Jarrett Rodgers.  Police Chief Amy Marion said during the arresting process, officer Rodgers found Webb to also be in possession of methamphetamine and various drug paraphernalia items.

As a result, Webb is now being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and for possessing drug paraphernalia and is being held in the Howard County Jail, awaiting a first court appearance.
