Authorities extend probation period for Pike County woman
A Murfreesboro woman has seen her probation period extended two years. 28 year old Tambra Price was originally sentenced to five years probation last year on drug related charges. Authorities say she violated those probation terms in June of this year by being arrested on a felony theft of property charge from Garland County. As a result of that arrest, Price was given a two year extension of her probation terms Monday in Pike County Circuit Court.
Also Monday, 34 year old Jessica Clift of Glenwood was issued an arrest warrant for failure to appear. Clift was originally charged with possessing drug paraphernalia following traffic stop in February of last year by state police at Glenwood. Clift had been ordered to be screened for drug court last month, but she failed to attend yesterday’s court proceedings in Murfreesboro.
