Authorities Seeking Local Individual

A Nashville man is being sought by authorities after failing to show up for his court proceedings Tuesday.  42 year old Jose Piza was scheduled to stand trial yesterday morning on charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault.  A jury pool had been called to the courthouse to begin the process of seating a jury to hear testimony.  However, Piza never showed up.  He was charged earlier this year after a female reported the alleged incident from 2013 to police.  A failure to appear warrant was issued Tuesday for Piza.
