Nashville School Board Extends Superintendent Contract

The Nashville School Board extended Superintendent Doug Graham’s contract through the 2021-2022 school year during the January meeting held Thursday. The board also approved an addendum to the contracts of Ace Howard and Susan Renfrow for the purpose of teaching over 150 students. Superintendent Graham also reported on board members in-service hours as per Act 589 of 2017. Board in-service hours included Mark Canaday 42 hours, Randy Elliott 18 hours, David Hillard 12 hours, Jamar Finley 20 hours and Jerry Wilson 19 hours. Graham also stated the new agriculture building is now in use, work continues setting up the shop area. The new bus barn is expected to be turned over to the district on February 3rd.
