The city of Nashville Public Works Department says the “boxcar” bridge on Howard Street is closed to thru traffic until further notice. A city inspection has determined the bridge to be unsafe for traffic and it will be closed until a replacement can be installed. The bridge is located near the senior adult center & health office.
