The Nashville City Park Commission met Thursday and heard an update on youth programs. The finals of the 5th and 6th basketball program will be held next week and the baseball draft is scheduled for March 2nd.
Park Director Mark Dale also gave a presentation to the Nashville Rotary Club on Wednesday. He says the tennis court is receiving some much needed upgrades, including restoring the surface and backboard…construction continues on the new bathrooms at the upper playground. Dale also said the commission is considering three volleyball courts near the soccer field.
