Nashville Man Found Not Guilty in Jury Trial

A jury found a Nashville man not guilty of drug charges during a trial held this week in Howard County. Fifty two year old Lee Holden had been arrested in March of 2017 for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class C felony. During a traffic stop, authorities had found hydrocodone pills in the glove box of the vehicle. Holden said that he had the pills for personal use.

The jury deliberated for a little over an hour and found Lee Holden not guilty.
