Nashville Code Enforcement Officer David Riggs is now on the job and has been busy during the month of April. He reported to the city council this week a total permit sales of $234 so far this month with 2 electrical permits, 1 mechanical (heat/air) and 1 building permit (including plumbing). He says he is working with locals to cleanup properties, especially tall weeds this time of year
Riggs previously worked for SWEPCO as a lineman and troubleshooter. He also has previous experience in building maintenance.
