Public Meeting Concerning Murfreesboro City Park June 20

The Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation will conduct a public outreach meeting concerning the future needs of the park. The park is submitting a fun grant to help update the playground area to make it safer and provide handicap accessibility. The meeting will be Thursday, June 20 at 6 p.m. in the municipal building at 204 East Main Street in Murfreesboro. The park commissioners meeting will follow. Mayor Rodney Fagan encourages everyone to attend if you have suggestions how to better serve more children at the park.
