Saratoga resident Dale Gathright was presented with a citation from the Arkansas House of Representatives on Monday. District 3 State Representative Danny Watson (left) made the presentation. Watson cited Gathright’s efforts at promoting educational issues and economic development in the Saratoga area. The citation noted Gathright’s longtime contributions and service to the community.
