Nashville AIM Trap Team Competes at Nationals

Tanner Harris, Jace Knipper, Alayna Cook, Charlie Bissell, and Andrew Harrison competed in the Grand National AIM competition this week in Sparta, Illinois. Tanner hit 197/200 targets. He also competed as an individual in doubles and hit 91/100. Jace, Alayna, and Andrew all broke personal records.

Jace was the 2nd place winner in his division.

AIM is the youth division of ATA (Amateur Trap Association). Students from the same state can form squads to compete in the National Competition. Vicki Cook says they are fortunate that all of these students are also members of the Scrapper Trap Team and will be sophomores at Nashville High School this year.

They chose the name “Dustin’ Diabetes” to bring awareness about this disease which Tanner Harris has.
