Due to the overwhelming response to the Hope/Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce annual banquet, tickets for the dinner portion of the event have sold out. President Bill Clinton will be the keynote speaker at the event. The chamber and the University of Arkansas-Hope Texarkana have revised the event to allow more people to attend. The annual meeting and awards presentation will follow the dinner and Clinton will speak in the auditorium of Hempstead Hall. Tickets are $21 and must be purchased in advance.
