Howard County 4H Jam Workshop

Members of the Howard County 4-H program learned to make jam on Tuesday, June 11. The kids learned how to make strawberry freezer jam and made either blackberry or blueberry jam! Extension Agent Staff Chair Jean Ince also talked about the entrepreneur possibilities in making and selling the jams.
