A Lockesburg man has died following a fatal vehicle accident Sunday in Sevier County. According to the Arkansas State Police, 20 year old Bobby Smith was the driver of a 2010 Ford Fusion traveling north on U.S. Highway 71, near Penny Hill. The report states the vehicle traveled across the center line into the south bound lane and collided head-on with a 2017 volvo semi. No other injuries were reported at the scene. The accident occurred at 4:45 Sunday afternoon. Corporal Mason Glasgow investigated the accident.
