Preliminary attendance numbers released by the Nashville School District shows an increase of 17 students over last year at this time. Building principals presented figures at Monday’s school board meeting. NHS Principal Tate Gordon reported 418, with 118 in the senior class. NJHS has 484 students, while NES has 453 students. NPS reported a large total of 572 students. Principal Nathan Evans urged patience with the new double lane car line and thanked the many volunteers that have assisted over the last week.
