The Arkansas Agriculture Department recently recognized several forestry commission employees for their years of service. Shane Booth, District 2 Forester at Dierks received his 20 year service award. Prior to Dierks, he worked for 17 years at the AFC Stuttgart office. Booth has also been selected to receive the District Forester of the Year award, which he will receive on February 14th.
The forestry commission also recently announced several other awards. Rodney Haney of Pike County received the District Employee of the Year award. Jerry Huff in Polk County recently received a Masonic Community Service Award.
