Howard Memorial Hospital is now offering Modified Barium Swallow Studies. The process is a non-invasive radiographic study which examines the structure and function of a person’s swallowing muscles. This study is performed by a Speech-Language Pathologist and Radiologist. Adults of all ages suffering from swallowing difficulty may benefit from this study.
