Howard County Roads Update

Howard County Road Foreman Eric Wakefield reported on Thursday that over 70 county roads require repairs, experiencing washouts from flash flooding earlier this week.

As of Thursday afternoon:

Bridge/Road Closures included
Kirby Road
Hill Loop
Keith Road
Arkansas Avenue in Dierks

Roads closed due to culvert washouts
Muddy Fork Road
Green Road
Parsons Road
Gillham Lake Road
at the intersection of Yorks Chapel/Ferguson, the Yorks Chapel side is closed
