Locals collecting bottled water for Dierks residents

The boil order for the city of Dierks could continue through early next week. If you would like to donate bottled water, a collection point has been set up at Farmers Insurance in Nashville. The water collected will be donated to those in need at Dierks and on the rural water system. If you would like to drop off bottled water in Dierks, you can do so at the municipal building.

The North Howard Rural Water boil order has been lifted. The boil order for rural water customers in the Green Plains area will continue through this weekend.
