The Mineral Springs School Board approved the re-organization of officers at Monday’s meeting. On a 4-3 vote, the board approved Mike Erwin as President. Other board officers will include Jaimie Jackson as Vice President, Ray Hawkins as Secretary and Dorothy Vaughn as Treasurer. Following a brief executive session, the board approved Jamie Crabtree for a science teacher position. The meeting was also the first for new board member Kay Thornton.
