Murfreesboro City Council Implements Dues Collection Program for Residents Outside City Limits

The Murfreesboro City Council has adopted an ordinance to implement a dues collection program for residents outside the city limits, but located within the Murfreesboro Fire District. The dues are set at $35 per year, per 911 location, within the fire district. Dues from this new policy will be used to help operate, maintain, and improvement the Murfreesboro Volunteer Fire Department and the Lake Greeson Fire Station.
