Southwest Arkansas Radio Radio Stations KMTB, KNAS and KBHC in Nashville, Arkansas
A 19 year old female reported to the Nashville Police Department on Monday that a family member had allegedly raped her when she was 13 years old. The offense occurred within the city limits of Nashville, according to the victim. A report from the police department says that Investigator Larry Marion interviewed 41 year old Jose Piza of Nashville regarding the allegation. Piza admitted to inappropriately touching the victim on more than one occasion. He has been arrested and is being held in the Howard County Jail at this time, without bond. The case is still under investigation, and will be turned over to the prosecuting attorney for filing formal charges.
