Ozan Man Arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance

At approximately 1520 hours on January 30th, Donald Wynn age 61 of Ozan was charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wynn was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center where he was booked on the above charges. Wynn is currently being detained at Hempstead County Detention Center where he is awaiting his first appearance.
