A Pencil Bluff, Arkansas man died in Pike County following a fatal accident early Saturday morning. According to an Arkansas State Police preliminary report, 49 year old Donald W. Dobins was the driver of a 1993 Buick Lesabre headed eastbound on Highway 70 at Reynolds Road in Glenwood. The report states that the vehicle crossed the centerline, went down an embankment and struck a tree. Both passengers were not injured. The accident occurred at 1:35 a.m. on June 8th. Corporal Benjamin Harrison of the state police investigated the accident.
