State Representative Justin Gonzales has filed a bill that would give private business owners the option of allowing indoor smoking. The bill ran in the last legislative session, however it failed in the Public Health Committee. Representative Gonzales says the clean indoor air act took many decisions away from owners, including allowing smoking indoors. The bill is again before the House Public Health Committee.
