Southwest Arkansas Radio Radio Stations KMTB, KNAS and KBHC in Nashville, Arkansas
Additional bridges have been closed in southwest Arkansas, due to last week’s flash flooding event. In Pike County, the bridge located on Strawberry Road (that crosses Wolf Creek) has been closed following an inspection by state bridge inspectors. Judge Dewight Mack says that it is a necessary precaution until it is fixed.
In Howard County, Judge Kevin Smith says repair work on the south Arkansas Avenue bridge in Dierks should begin next week. It is unknown how long that work will take.
