Widespread Flu Activity in Arkansas

The latest flu report from the Arkansas Department of Health still reports widespread activity.

71 counties reported influenza cases. Howard County schools have reported large numbers of students absent, however that percentage is lower than surrounding counties.

The report stated that as of Feb. 16, eleven schools have closed briefly due to the flu.

Since Sept. 30, 2018, over 15,200 positive cases have been reported to the ADH online database by healthcare providers.
