Batesville resident sentenced to probation in Pike County Circuit Court

A Batesville resident was sentenced to three years probation Monday in Pike County Circuit Court. 48 year old Keith Bodiord was charged last year with Aggravated Assault & carrying a weapon. In addition to the probation, Bodiford was also fined $1,500 dollars.
Revocation proceedings were filed yesterday against four individuals. 34 year old Cody Comeaux, of Glenwood, is serving a suspended sentence on theft of property charges. According to prosecutors, Comeaux has failed to meet some of his court ordered financial obligations during the sentence.
Authorities also say 43 year old Brandalyn Fisher of New Hope, 33 year old Johnathan Kinnu of Murfreesboro, and 28 year old Brian K. Smith, also of Murfreesboro, have also failed to meet the court ordered financial obligations related to their sentences.
