Big Things happening in the Nashville School District

Nashville Superintendent Doug Graham expressed his excitement over all of the positives within the Nashville School District, recently.

Graham mentioned how proud he was of the Scrapperette basketball for winning the 4A state championship game this past Saturday in Hot Springs. He mentioned the start of the baseball and softball seasons. And, He also mentioned the success the band experienced by earning all 1s during the regional concert band assessment contest and how they’ve earned the opportunity to compete in the state concert band assessment this April. But the big news was how proud he is of the district’s report card.

Graham gave credit to the teachers, coaches, staff, administrators, but he gave a lot of credit to the parents. He said the district’s job was to teach the students to be Scrappers.
