Borach wins 32nd annual Tri-Lakes Big Bass Festival

 Denson Borach was the overall winner of $1,500 biggest bass award for the day in the 32nd annual Tri-Lakes Big Bass Festival held this past Saturday.

Borach hauled in a lunker that weighted in at 6.54 pounds from De Queen Lake during the third hour of the tournament. Second place went to Michael Howard with a 6.06 pounder. Ken Strasner took third with a 5.95 pound bass. Fourth place went to Weston Johnson at 5.90 pounds. Dennis Sorrells took the fifth overall place with a 5.67 pound bass.

The event is sponsored each year by the Sevier County Chamber of Commerce.
