Drug bust of Texarkana man results from traffic stop

On December 29th, Howard County Deputy Jake Eudy conducted a traffic stop after the vehicle traveled across the centerline of the roadway three times.
The driver was identified as 56 year old Kenneth Lamb of Texarkana.
As reported, while Deputy Eudy asked Lamb to exit the vehicle, Lamb confessed that there was a pipe in the driver’s seat. The pipe was a glass smoking pipe consistent with the type of pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine. When Deputy Eudy retrieved the pipe he reportedly noticed a small clear plastic bag that contained a crystal rock like substance that was believed to be methamphetamine.
Lamb was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
