CASA of Pike County host Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month Proclamation Ceremony

Yesterday, members of CASA, Pike County Judge Eddie Howard, along with other officials attended the ceremony for Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month Proclamation. Executive Director of the CASA program for Pike and Clark counties Celeste Davis talked about the outcome of the event.

Davis explained what CASA is and what services they provide.

Davis discussed why it is important to bring awareness to the community about child abuse.

In recognition of Child Abuse Prevention month, CASA will be hosting several events. One in particular, is the BUNCO event that will take place tonight at the Senior Center located at 120 E Court St in Murfreesboro.
