CASA Programs Unite to Serve Five Arkansas Counties, Merger Official October 1

Two long-standing CASA programs are coming together to strengthen their advocacy for children in foster care. CASA of Clark and Pike Counties is officially merging with Tri-Lakes CASA to form a unified organization that will begin serving five Arkansas counties — Pike, Clark, Garland, Hot Spring, and Grant.
Celeste Davis, Executive Director of CASA of Clark and Pike Counties, spoke with us to provide further details about the significance of the partnership.
She also shared what the collaboration means to her personally, underscoring the positive impact this change will have on children and families across the region.

The merger is set to become official on October 1, 2025, marking a new chapter in child advocacy for the region.
