Center Point Volunteer Fire Department BBQ fundraiser is Saturday

The Center Point Volunteer Fire Department will host a drive through barbecue fund raiser Saturday afternoon. The event begins at five p.m. and features a menu that includes barbecue brisket, chicken and pork loin, served with coleslaw, baked beans, bread, and dessert. The cost is a $10 minimum donation. Due to COVID-19, there will be no inside dining, but you are welcome to bring your lawn chairs to sit outside and visit.
Proceeds will be used for daily operations, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.
In addition to the meal, the department is also hosting a gun raffle. Six guns will be available. Tickets are $50 each. There is a limit of 200 tickets being sold. To purchase a raffle ticket, contact a member of the Center Point Fire Department.
