Chamber Director Highlights Community Support for Tea with Miss Arkansas Teen

The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce is continuing preparations for its Tea with Miss Arkansas Teen, scheduled for Monday, Aug. 24, immediately following the Howard County Fair Parade at Midtown Social.

The event is designed to give young girls and their families an opportunity to meet Miss Arkansas Teen while enjoying an afternoon of tea, activities, and community fellowship.

We spoke with Chamber Executive Director Dena Tollette, who explained why the Chamber wanted to create an event that allows young girls to dress up, have fun, and make lasting memories.

Tollette also recognized the businesses and organizations that have stepped forward to sponsor the event and help make it possible.

She said she is looking forward to welcoming the community and encouraged anyone interested in attending to purchase tickets before the event.

The Tea with Miss Arkansas Teen will be held at Midtown Social, located at 117 E. Howard St. in Nashville. More information about the event is available at southwestarkansasradio.com.
