Charges Filed In Hempstead County For Nashville Man

A Nashville man is facing a pair of felony charges in Hempstead County. 41 year old Carl Lavell Leeper is charged with 3rd Degree Domestic Battery and Terroristic Threatening for an incident deputies say happened in October of last year at the Clingan Country Trailer Park. Police reports say the incident began as a verbal altercation but escalated with Leeper being accused of striking a female at the residence.
