City of Nashville Honors Employees

A number of city workers were honored yesterday for their years of service to the city of Nashville. Mayor Billy Ray Jones, spoke to the group gathered yesterday saying, “The city of Nashville was built by those that came before us to last, continuing in that tradition are all those being honored today. I truly believe the employees of this city are amongst the best in the state”.

A total of 21 employees were honored with a combined service of over 400 years to the city.
