City of Nashville upgrades water department billing software

The city of Nashville started utilizing new software for water bills and payments on July 1st.  Public Works Director Larry Dunaway says the conversion has been in the planning stages for several months:

In addition to the new look to water bills, Dunaway says there’s also a new online payment method:

With the new online payment option, Dunaway says customers will only have to pay the exact amount of their water bill.  There are no additional fees or charges assessed for using a credit card.
