The Cossatot River School District has revealed its new superintendent for the 2024-25 academic year.
In a meeting held earlier this month, the Cossatot River School Board elected Dr. Samuel Slott as the incoming superintendent. He will replace Tyler Broyles, who had previously announced his resignation.
Broyles will remain in his role until June 30, with Dr. Slott starting in July. Slott is currently the principal of Lavaca Elementary School, and he has also served as a principal within Mansfield Public Schools.
