COVID Numbers Drop In Howard County

The number of active COVID-19 cases decreased Tuesday in most southwest Arkansas counties when compared to Monday’s information.

According to the Arkansas Department of Health, Pike and Little River county figures were unchanged from earlier in the week. However each county continues to have only one active case.

For Howard County, the latest information shows the active case count decreased by four yesterday to 27 active cases.

Numbers were also lower yesterday for Hempstead, Sevier and Polk counties.
