COVID Update

An update on COVID numbers as of Sunday evening. Arkansas Department of Health is reporting 2,037 total probable active cases which is down 19 from Saturday. And Arkansas has had 5,817 deaths due to COVID-19. Arkansas has received 2.6m doses of vaccine and has distributed 1.9m of those for 73.9% distribution rate. The number of individuals fully immunized is up 2,238 as of Sunday to 876,114. Here in Arkansas we have 196 hospitalized with 33 on ventilators. Benton and Pulaski county tie for counties with the most new confirmed and probable cases added today being at 18. As of Sunday evening Howard county has 6 confirmed active cases.
