December Trial Date Set In Nashville Shooting Case
A Nashville man charged in connection with a recent shooting incident has plead not guilty to the charges and is scheduled for trial in December.
27 year old Kendall Rourk is charged with 1st Degree Battery in the July 5th shooting of 34 year old Darrell Scoggins. Police said the shooting happened outside a residence on East Russell Street.
Rourk is scheduled for a pre-trial date of December 2nd and a trial date of December 15th.
Authorities said Scoggins injuries received from the shooting were not serious.
