Delight Woman Sentenced to ADC

A Delight woman has been sentenced to six years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Candy Lamb, who will turn 49 years of age tomorrow, was sentenced yesterday in Pike County Circuit Court. Lamb was originally charged in 2016 with possessing drug paraphernalia She received a probated sentence on the charge. Last year, Lamb was again arrested on a traffic stop & charged with possessing meth cocaine.
A Montgomery County resident has also been ordered to serve a 120 day sentence in a regional punishment facility. 39 year old Alverta Johnson of the Royal community, received the sentence for violating her probation.
